Today, I was on the way to go buy groceries. I was speeding, but didn't realize. The sheriff's deputy stopped me as I was driving right by the sheriff's dept. He said he clocked me doing 80 in a 60 mph zone! He was really nice, though, only gave me a verbal warning and asked me to slow down! I guess this was my lucky day. Then I got to the grocery store and my credit card was declined because I had forgotten my pin. Here I am back home. -

Yesterday was really hectic. I ended up with a lot of drama trying to help a girl I didn't even know get away from an abusive boyfriend. I'm still shaking my head in disbelief. She ended up faking a heart attack, called 911 and had the firetruck, ambulance, and police all at my house! It's a shame that stupid people make you sorry for being kind hearted!

I am married to my best friend, David for 27 yrs. I have a daughter, Renee, and a son, Jay by a previous marriage.I have 6 grandsons who range in ages
from 9 to 20. Four of them are Renee's, Darris (DJ) 18, Greg, 16, Kalen, 13 and Jayden is 9. They all live in Georgia. The other two are Jay's, Joey is
20 and Wesley is 18 and they live in Arkansas. DJ and my son, Jay live with David and me.
.I live in the town that I was born in, (in south Georgia) but I lived lots of places in between, Arkansas, Tn., Mo., Ms.
I am very active in my church. I'm the pianist and I sing too. I've played since I was 5 yrs. old. My parents are both still living. I have 2 sisters
and 2 brothers, 2 nieces, 3 aunts and lots of cousins.
I love keeping in touch with my old friends and making new ones. My hobbies, besides music are outdoors, camping, boating, fishing, reading, and doing crafts,
including making floral arrangements. I love spending time with my family.
